Families of people living with sickle cell disease

Community-Based Organizations

Public Health staff at MDHHS

Health information technology

Clinical care of children and adults with sickle cell diesease

Chronic disease data collection

Our multi-stakeholder collaborations have led to the formation of a Multidisciplinary Team. The mission of the MiSCDC Multidisciplinary Team is to:

Build and maintain relationships

Review MiSCDC data goals

Develop plans for utilization of MiSCDC findings

The Multidisciplinary Team is kept up to date with all things MiSCDC via biannual meetings and newsletters. To learn more and get connected contact us.
